Deployments stink!
So, I think it has finally hit me. It could be the bad day I had at work today, but I think it's been coming on for several days. Tonight, as I'm sitting here listening to 3 Doors Down (which is probably making it worse) it's starting to sink in that we are on yet another deployment roller coaster and the darn Marine Corps won't let me off. I can only hope that this will really be the last one for awhile. Now if I can just make it through.....

I love you! I hope it is his last one for a while, too! I need to call you sometime, maybe at night when the kids are asleep...let me know!
We are home most nights. Boys go to bed by 8 pm (hopefully - HA!) and I'm just hanging out on the computer or watching TV. I'm better than I was last night.....think I just hit the bottom, but now I'm heading back up the roller coaster. :-D HAHA
Oh and he called today, so that helped. ;-)
I'm glad you're feeling better! Does it help to know he's doing such a noble and courageous thing for his country? Or does it still just stink most of the time?
Sadly, that doesn't really help much. I'm not a big fan of the war, for mainly selfish reasons. :-( I am very proud of him (and my brothers) for fighting for something that they believe in, but I'd rather just have him home and safe.
So sorry, Kimmie! I can't imagine how rough it must be. I will keep you in my prayers!
